From 10-29 April, 2018 Madach International Theatre Meeting was organized on the 5th time in the National Theatre, on which artists of 14 countries have performed. For this occasion from India with the sponsorship of Indian Council for Cultural Relations Bauls of Bengal came to participate at the programme. Ms. Parvathy Baul and her accompanying artists ( Mr. Satyananda Das Baul, Mr. Lakshman Das Baul, Mr. Niranjan Halder, Mr. Pijush Biswas and Mr. Chetan Das) gave a music concert called Love Songs beyond Space and Time on 25th April, 2018 in the National Theatre. With the troupe also two alpona painters came to show the wonderful designes made with this technique. After the concert also the audience had a chance to try the Alpona painting by themself. The programme was followed by a question-answer session, where the visitors could ask questions about baul singing and members of the troupe.
