Spiritually Inspired Author, Artist & Guide Annu Kalra
A deeply intuitive and empathetic secular spiritualist, annu has devoted her life to nurturing people into embodying their best selves. A published author, with many solo art exhibitions to her name, multitude of TV appearances, featured writing in national & international publications and awards, she has been a visiting master at Ananda in the Himalayas and is coach & mentor to many. She has created a self-help system of guidance and meditation cards based on her paintings of Hindu Gods and Goddesses and written a book of interpretation for the same.
Having had a career in brand management and advertising spanning over 25 years, annu spends majority of her time now in supporting people’s efforts at enhancing well-being. She interprets traditional wisdom in the modern context through her writings, paintings and sharing through workshops and personal counselling sessions. Her message is simple –“ The outer world is a reflection of our inner state and it takes deep inner work to bring about harmony and well-being in our lives.” She facilitates and supports this inner work through various systems and processes from Yogic aasans & pranayams, mantra chantings, healing meditations, journaling, techniques of affirmations & gratitude and much more.
Session : A tale of Divine wisdom
In the session annu will relate stories from the ancient texts and explore their interpretations.
She will not just talk about the effects of sound but also do some mantra chanting to experience their effect first hand.
