India revises guidelines for international passengers arriving in India from 14 February, 2022. The new guidelines remove the category of ‘at risk’ countries and recommends self-monitoring of 14 days for symptoms. All passengers have to fill a self-declaration form online (Air Suvidha web portal), including travel history of the past 14 days and upload a negative RT-PCR test conducted within 72 hours of the departure date. Alternatively, they can upload a certificate confirming that they are fully vaccinated. This alternative option is only available for passengers arriving from the 82 countries whose vaccination program are recognized by the Indian government.
