Attached please find a communication No. 2019/02/2015-Cus (AS)/Vol-I dated May 10, 2018, which is self explanatory. Also attached are scanned copies of the Global Tender Notice(s) issued in this regard by Central Board of Excise and Customs for procurement of instruments and upgradation of infrastructure for Revenue Laboratories.
